About Jedcorp

JEDCORP Realty Developer Inc. began its journey in 2004 as a contractor specializing in residential units. Guided by a deep commitment to quality construction and thoughtful design, we expanded our operations in 2006 to include the building and selling of individual private homes across Metro Manila, Pampanga, Zambales, and Tarlac.

In 2009, we officially incorporated as JEDCORP REALTY DEVELOPER INC., a family-owned corporation. This marked a significant milestone as we transitioned into the development of subdivisions and gated communities—creating secure, well-planned neighborhoods that reflect our values of family, integrity, and long-term community building.

One of our flagship developments is Villa Necita in Tarlac, a 147-unit residential community with integrated commercial spaces. The project was successfully completed and fully sold out, further solidifying our reputation in the local real estate market.

Expanding our vision, we established our sister company, Sedona Realty and Development Inc., with the same group of owners and shareholders. Under Sedona, we ventured into farm lot subdivisions with the launch of Sedona Forest Farms in Subic, Zambales. This project reflects our growing commitment to sustainable living, land stewardship, and offering Filipinos new ways to invest in and enjoy nature-inspired properties.

Looking ahead, JEDCORP is preparing to launch new residential and commercial subdivisions, including an 8-hectare gated community in Nasugbu, Batangas. This future development reflects our continued dedication to creating vibrant, secure, and high-value communities for Filipino families.
